Moe, the owner is a really decent and fair, more than fair person. During the pandemic he has been working very hard to keep his customers satisfied and I would consider his work front line keeping our computers running and up to date. I made an error in a purchase and he was under no obligation to return the money I spent on a custom solution. Instead he applied those funds in providing me with an even better answer in upgrading my older desktop so that it runs better and longer for some years to come. Thanks Moe!

I bought a laptop since mine is completely broken. The owner of the shop tried to fix my old laptop and explained to me easily why it won’t work anymore, and he’s very nice and gentle. Therefore I decided to buy new one from his shop. He gave me best advice which one would meet my demand and the details about the laptop. I highly recommend this shop if your laptop has issues or you need to replace it. He’ll give you accurate advice nicely.

Had a problem recovering my files on my Hp laptop and found Laptop Depot on line. The location was close by so I took my computer over. The young man who helped me showed me how to recover my files if this problem should happen again in the future. He then made a shortcut on my desktop so that I could easily access what I needed. Fast, friendly service was provided and I was not made to incompetent. I would definitely go again if I experience any technological problems.

The first thing I did when I got home from picking up my computer from Laptop Depot was to sit down and write this review. They definitely deserve 5 stars! My older laptop needed a new hard drive and a system restore, which was done quickly at a reasonable cost. I was afraid I was going to lose all my files and important bookmarks I rely on for my research, but they were able to save everything for me. Moe and Will are very knowledgeable about computers, but also honest, reliable, and kind - not intimidating if like me you feel out of your depth with techie matters. They were very patient in answering my questions. I don't think I would have had such good service from any of the bigger names in computer repair. Am recommending them to friends and family, definitely the place to go when your laptop conks out. Easy to get to from DVP Lawrence East exit, or 91C Woodbine bus. Thanks, guys!
