One of the best medical service I ever recieved! Service with a smile! Courteous staff! Quick! Very hygienic place! My appointment for sonography was at 8.50 I was attended at sharp 8.50 and at 9.10 it was over! Amazing! I don't understand why people under rate! I give 5*****
I attended this clinic for xray and ultrasound after falling. I got an appointment for lunchtime after calling in at 8AM, which was super convenient. At the clinic, multiple covid safety measures were enforced very well, and I witnessed the manager deal with an antimask Karen type in a caring, professional way that maintained safety and dignity for all.
The xray was done quickly by Michael, who was friendly and efficient. The ultrasound tech took me next (sorry don't remember name), explained the procedure, and took his time on my wrist. I noticed he spent a lot more time on me than the tech at the previous place I got my wrist ultrasound at. By the time the ultrasound was done, the radiologist had already reviewed my xray, and I had confirmation right then and there that there was no fracture. My doctor's office contacted me around 3PM the same day to let me know they had my results, and set up an appointment for the next day. What's more, when I spoke with my doctor, the ultrasound had found a chronic issue my previous ultrasound had completely missed!
This was a perfect imaging experience from start to finish.
I was impressed with how quick and thorough the staff here are, especially while ensuring all the Covid safety measures are being adhered to.
I had a morning appointment for an ultrasound and they addressed me promptly. I had forgotten to print my requisition form but they were still very patient and printed it for me. Once the ultrasound started the technician took her time and didn't rush me.
They seemed busy and were dealing with people showing up late for appointments or as walk-ins and still managed to keep my appointment time which I really appreciate.
I went to this location 3 years ago and had a bad experience back then, but I was happy that this experience was great and the staff member that gave me trouble back then wasn't around.
Today I had my some annual check ups at this place. I am very satisfied with the service. Thanks a lot all staff and receptionist too.very professional and comfortable .
Great experience here. From the time I called in and spoke to Annajoy till when my Mom's biopsy was finally done it was very impressive. Kudos guys.
