In my personal experience as a newer employee, Lumacare truly is an industry leader in providing quality, inclusive care to its clients. Clients are cared for based on their individual needs, with dignity, compassion and respect.

There was an employee there, her name was Laura Lavalee, a manager of client care, I believe. She was so friendly, open and ready to answer any questions I had. I've never been made to feel so welcome and appreciated and because of that I will recommend your organization to anyone I know in Ontario. If your team of employees are anything like her there then I am confident that it's a great organization looking to make a difference. I will definitely be making donations here this year!!
