It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. These days people masarade as a "contractor" but are really glorified handymen with very little knowledge for the craft.
Edgar proves there are contractors that take pride in their work, which really shows AFTER they leave.
Unfortunately I was a victum of a botched reno. Edgar took the time to explain what the "handyman" did, and what they should have done. As he explained, he got so irritated with what he saw I thought he was going to just walk out. This is the passion and pride he puts into his work. What was the job? He replaced the bathroom ceiling of my basement apartment that had no ventilation. I turned my cold room into a bathroom and the "handyman" put ventilation pipes that lead into the ceiling instead of outside! Yes, you can imagine what happened after 10 years!!!

He had a very tight deadline and managed to gut the ceiling and reinstalled it within a week. This included drillings vents to the outside! It was just him and one other person Nelson that showed there still are contractors you can trust.

Thank you Edgar for doing such an amazing job! The bathroom is warm and no longer "scented". I would HIGHLY recommend you to anyone that needs renos!
