  I got married on Nov. 27, 1976 and held the reception in the basement of this restaurant. We had the full Italian traditional wedding meal with all the courses and full service for 96 people. Including an open bar the wedding cost us $1,295. Now, 42 years later, still married, and people are still commenting on how wonderful the reception was.

  Real tradicional Italian meals prepared under the supervision of the owner "Rina" Great place for important functions such as Christmas , San Valentine's etc.etc.

  Was there for their lunch buffet. Loved it! Great selection. Calamari was very good with a squeeze of lemon. Had to ask for the lemon, as there was none with the buffet. One of the servers promptly cut some for me.

  A historic haunt: old-world atmosphere, offerings and service (which I happen to like). Not new, not hip, rarely busy, .. but we could hear each other and take our time through the courses. I found the house red wine to be decent with food.
  
  Parking in front, or then on the backstreet around the block. If coming by transit, not far west from Wilson subway station, but this is basically CAR-country!
