To be honest, I believe this place is not bad at all. I blame my order is way to generic and my taste is biased towards more traditional Chinese. Services wise it is decent and cozy. All days special serve with Fried Rice, which is a plus to me. For the Chicken, if you don't want deep fried Chicken, ask when you order.

This restaurant is now named as Tin Tin Congee Chinese Restaurant. Not a fancy restaurant but 5 for best class dish offered for its price range. Soup and tea are very hot when they come out of kitchen and this usually means owner has passion for food. I think that's why this restaurant has many good items to try.

This is a gem near York university. there are not many good Chinese restaurants around York University. The service is fast, clean and friendly. The food is very cheap and has great quantity.
