Timely and quality repairs done. Been a customer over 5 years now and happy with their work.
Reasonably priced repairs to Seiko. What's this? No more in person drop off or pickup.
The process for repair to watches carried in is less than a happy one. You do not go through the front door, you have to go to the receiving entrance, ring a bell and wait until someone answers the door and asks what you want. In my case it was a very helpful fellow who was easy to deal with. Who knows who else answers the door. You then are directed to a large framed hole in the wall to fill out the appropriate, very badly photocopied and cut information slip, name, serial #, what the problem is etc and told to leave the watch. "You will be contacted in a week or so with the price". The repairs will take another couple of days. I did get official receipts for the watches. Guess it is efficient for them but a less than uplifting experience for the consumer. I got the impression it was a very clandestine process we were carrying out and in some way an inconvenience for Odyssey.
I've had my Seiko watches repaired 4 times over the past 20 years here always by walk in / drop off. Always a different amount of time to get the piece back (1-6 weeks), but they always stood behind their work each time and repaired it right away when something wasn't right (moisture under seal and a broken pin). Communication of updates could be a bit better. Prices are reasonable.
