The product is great. The staff were great, very accommodating They made sure that we would received the item in good condition. We are very happy with their service.

We've had great customer service to date. We live in Prince Edward County, so it is a challenge just getting "stuff". Did make a "brick and mortar" visit and they were very accommodating; all subsequent communication have been online -response times have been quick and thorough. Prices seem very competitive. Quality is subjective - prices reflect this, you can go high end or choose affordability.

I had a superb experience with this company, choosing my brewing sink, commercial spray faucet and bottling table. They have answered every question and arranged the delivery over 1.5 hours away which was timely and professional even though a third party delivered the units. They actually get back to you and answer the information one would require to plan a brewery, even on a small hobby scale. I am pleased to select this company to supply my brewery equipment.
