My experience with OWLware Ltd has been excellent. I am a returning client. The staff has helped me with my job search, an internship where I continue to gain experience and improve upon my skills, and applying for the Disability Tax Credit. I enjoy coming into the office where others like me understand the transition I have gone through.
When I was struggling on ODSP, Owlware job developers Penny and Sandra in 2013 introduced me to Anne-Marie and Frank. They took a chance on me and brought me on board as an Analyst Technician, where I was responsible for generating sales leads for the Online Abilities’ web services. In addition, Annie paid me to learn leadership and soft skills with online course content. Soon after Annie and Frank had me train and mentor new hires. This was my first call centre job and I feel like I made the most out of these opportunities. Eventually both Annie and Frank served as my employment references which landed me a full-time day job with Direct Energy in customer care. Two years later and I was working at a contact centre for a major Canadian bank. I am soaring where I am now and it all started with the team at Owlware and Hillcrest Business Solutions. I am so thankful.
The invaluable life skills that Annie taught me (by introducing me to Dale Carnegie's books) has helped me overcome my social inhibitions, make friends and serves me well to this day.

I am a 2 time client of Owlware. The first was back in early 2000 and am so thankful for my time there. I was taught the fundamentals of web design. Frank Sroka and his team helped me find my first 'real' job and by having that experience I was able to further my potential applying to jobs and found work at a large cooperation. Life happens and I am back with Owlware and once again he and his team are dedicated to help me find work. I always feel welcomed. I learned so much.
