I recently went to a tire sale at this establishment, not only did I receive an unbelievable deal but I received even better service. I dealt directly with Chris who provided exceptional customer service. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Isaac and Shannon who were equally professional, polite and hard working.
I purchased summer rims, rubbers and winter tires 5 days ago and they were in stock and installed within 2. I even changed my mind on the style of rim the very next day and not only were the new set ordered without question, it was done with the utmost respect and professionalism. They also went as far as bringing both sets so that I can physically see them and make a sound decision. When they were being installed, the mechanics in the shop were just as fast and friendly.
It has been a matter of days and I've brought a commercial truck for repair at the PAE truck centre, and the same treatment hands down.
All and all, it is very refreshing to know that another prides themselves on hard work, professionalism and honest customer service. A seemingly dying practice in this city...

This is really one of the best places to get tires in the GTA. After calling for quotes at several places for a Bridgestone tire, I talked to Chris at PAE and he gave me a great quote for the Bridgestone I was looking for. Instead of going ahead with that however, he recommended another tire that suited my car better even though it had a much lower price point. I came in the following day, and after waiting just over half an hour, I drove off with a set of new tires.

Bought a set of tires here last week. Dealt with a gentleman by the name of Chris. Fantastic experience to say the least. Chris gave the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. From the initial phone call, from pricing to install, overall a very pleasant group of individuals to deal with.
