    I've had 3 ultrasound procedures today, I was panicked before the time. My worries stopped when I contact with the provider mrs.Irina B. Absolutely gentle approaching of all the procedures.I was so lucky that I'm encountered that beautiful(inside and out) gentle, professional, compassionate provider mrs .Irina.B. Thank you so so much.     I recently had a biopsy done at PDS Diagnostic and I have to say it was a very good experience. I was very grateful to see Elena (the technician) as she has done several ultrasounds for me in the past and has always been friendly, professional and very reassuring. She made me feel more at ease right away. She explained exactly why I was there, what was going to happen during the procedure and what I could expect. She let me know Dr. Korb was going to be conducting the procedure and if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Korb had a very kind, soothing manner and spoke gently to me during the process, letting me know what was being done at every step. Elena was close by assisting and together they made the whole experience so much less stressful than I had imagined. I would like to say a very special thank you to them and to recognize them for their diligence to providing quality care and service to patients like me. I did not feel like a number they had to get through but a person whose well-being they sincerely cared about and I appreciate that so much!

    It’s sad knowing that the first person to receive your clients may be affecting your business negatively.
    Customer Service is everything or else why do you have a receptionist? Just have a touch screen to have clients insert their imaging forms or self check-in. At least I’ll understand why a machine can’t look and smile at me to greet me, and take my form. She briefly looked up when she asked for my healthcard then told it to have a seat.
    And it wasn’t even busy.
    I gave a 3/5 because the tech was welcoming, informative and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable.
