I called Penguin Basements for a basement walkout job. However, due to the nature of the job (small), we decided that they would not be doing it.

However, Ryan, with whom I was talking to, was very polite to point me to a few companies where I could get the service from.

Really appreciate talking to Ryan and hope to work with them in future.

I called Penguin for a walkout basement job. The manager on the phone was very professional. As we discussed about the project, he pointed out that the project was too small for his company and he was kind enough to spend the time and pointed me to where to find other construction companies that would match with the size of the project.

Signed a Contract with them however it just wasn’t a the right time for our family. The managers were delightful honest and worked very hard to ensure a smooth transition to obtain our deposit back. Will be definitely dealing with them in the near future.
