Staff at this Pets Maet location are the best. Not only at grooming place but also at the store. In special, Andrew who has been so patience with all of my questions and took his time to help me everytime I go there.

Very friendly staff that were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. Went in to get some cat supplies and was plesently surprised at the selection. Great place for pet supplies including fish rodents, reptiles, snakes, birds and dogs!!

Decent place to get your specialty pet foods and basic animal supplies. Employees aren't very interested in helping you, but things are pretty easy to find.

The cat's are fun to watch after smoking a joint ... Same with the Glo Fish.

I'm just glad that I have a place to buy bird food for my parrot!

Lovely! The employees are very sweet and well knowledgable about dogs. I like to bring my poodle here and all workers like to say hi but also can recognize nervous dogs. They also make some great recommendations and leave it if the owner doesn't agree. I came by to take photos with the Easter bunny with my puppy and it was cute, thank you!

My son and I went into this PetSmart location in North York. We were attracted to the fish tanks, the birds but particularly to the animal adoption section. Three beautiful cats were in display, and we felt they looked sad. It may have been a human translation of reaction to the act of abandonment. The truth is the cats looked healthy and well-fed, and we are certain they will soon find a caring and loving family!
