Update: The owner contacted me and turned my expert around. As a result we just spent $350 at today's customer appreciation event!!!!
...My bf and myself purchased around $400 worth of product at their customer appreciation event almost two weeks ago. Half of the product they had to order as they were out and told us they would call when it came in. I have called 5 times, keep getting promises its coming. They are not even calling to provide updates and when I call it goes to a voicemail that is not initiated!!!! I NEVER got this service at the Kennedy Commons location!
