Building was super clean, and well kept. Alexandra was very informative, friendly, and super quick at processing my application. She answered all my questions, and made me feel very welcomed to the building. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

This is an excellent building to live in thanks to Hector, Justin and Bibi (only reason why I am giving 3 stars). Great location, buses, library and shopping! However, beware of Shalina/Head office! I moved into this building with my boyfriend. Had my own lease with my mom across the street. Lived @ 25 St. Dennis for almost 12 years. We separated and I wanted something close by where my mom who is a senior. Submitted the application and was being honest by saying I was living in the building for 10+ years. For this reason Shalina would not accept my application for a 1 bedroom apartment for myself. Said, "I was being dishonest". I requested to have the contact details for Preston Group but no response. I had to ask several times for an update because it was not provided. Bibi who works onsite had to intervene to actually get an answer. Then they sent emails claiming they sent it previously. We all know how to do that :) After living there for 12 years we even asked if we purchased the paint can we have someone from the building paint the apartment? No response as yet.....6 years later. I did throw out the paint after 3 years.
Preston Group must be thrilled with having apartments available at this location and having someone in their office with this kind of a "Power Trip" attitude!

one of the nicest cleanest affordable apartment rental building in Toronto. its because of the hard work of the management team. specially Hector who work hard. i recommend this apartment building to any one who wants a safe clean quiet affordable apartment.
