I have been a devoted customer since 2002, when I bought my first car. What did it for me was that I was a young woman who didn’t have much experience with cars and Koko took the time to explain things to me and show me how things worked. He always understood that I was looking for a solution and always found great price options for me. The great and friendly customer service continues to this day with Shaunt now more in the shop. I have recommended them to my family and friends and they have always thanked me for that.

I had an excellent experience at Quality Auto Repairs Inc. I drove over 2 hours to North York to look at a used car at a local dealership. For piece of mind, I wanted a second opinion on the condition of the car, so I made an appointment to take it to Quality Auto Repairs. The mechanics checked it very throughly and even showed us underneath while it was up on the hoist. They pointed out a few things that needed attention right away and things to note for the future. They were very knowledgeable and honest. They are truely passionately about providing QUALITY service to their customers. I would highly recommend this garage to others.

the father and son duo get everything done efficiently and quickly! had a great conversation with with owner prior to them working on the vehicle. will be back every 3 months for oil changes and anything else I may require!
