Pleasant atmosphere, friendly yet professional staff and clean environment. My experience was nothing short of a two hour vacation. Stefania was patient and thorough in both explanation of procedure and the actual procedure. I had the OxyGeneo 3-in-1 facial and saw and felt a difference immediately after. Also, their products are the best! I started with the cleanser and now I don't spend at Shoppers and I don't waste time trying to find out what's best for me. I have all I need at Redwood! Highly recomended.

The brand new location in Barrie is bright, clean and spacious. The women I interacted with were extremely well knowledged and I felt heard regarding my skin concerns during my consultation.
