Refresh MD Spa

It was such an amazing experience getting treatment at this spa. Very welcoming environment made me feel relaxed. The ladies there took their time to explain to me about dermal fillers - the services that I wanted. Kind, patient, very personalized and gentle attitude and treatment made me feel so good about myself. The treatment - injections was done perfectly adding volume in the places I needed. I like what I see in the mirror now, and three days after my face looks even better.

I have had the pleasure of coming here for almost two years now. I have had Botox and fillers in my under eye area and the nasal folds as well. Elka and her staff are always friendly and professional. They take their time with me and always explain things thoroughly and start by asking if I was happy with my results from the last visit. I am realistic about my results and know that everyone responds differently to the treatments and our bodies all metabolize the product at different rates. That being said I have been happy with my results.
I have read other reviews who criticize Elka for offering other treatments. To be fair, she is running a business and I like hearing about what she had to offer. If I'm not interested I don't purchase. I have never felt pressure to do so. I prefer to be informed of the options available and new treatments to think about. The prices on all of my treatments have been very competitive and I will continue to come here. I recommend this spa for the service and quality

I love this place! Great staff and clean facility. Elka, the manager, is very patient and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer all my questions in detail and is up-to-date with the newest technologies in the cosmetic industry. The nurse is a magician and I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of me like they do.

I love this Spa. Elka is amazing and very attentive. Will never recommend a treatment that won't work for you just to take your money. She is realistic and puts her clients' needs first. She is always adding in new products and services to keep up with the beauty industry. Whenever something new hits the market, I know this place has it and can always count on them.

Elka is amazing! I just got my second micro-needling session done, and the results are fantastic. Herself and her staff are very knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend this place.

10/5/18. I am updating this review as I have come back for other services. As always, Elka and her staff provide the utmost professionalism and expertise. Elka is very attentive about what my concerns are, and herself and her staff always give their undivided attention when preforming treatments. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I am looking forward to continuing to come to Refresh in the future.
