Words truly cannot express how thankful I am to have Bineesh as our wedding coordinator. To many, planning a wedding right now seems so frustrating, however Bineesh makes the experience easy and 'relaxed'. She has been compassionate, patient, supportive and honest in every consultation I have had with her. Despite being our wedding coordinator (who would step in 4 weeks prior to the wedding), Bineesh has always been available and accessible to us for our many questions and requests as we try to navigate COVID-19. She has gone out of her way to look into our contracts and provide thoughtful, professional advice. I have reached out to her numerous times with questions, concerns and at times just pure frustration not knowing how to proceed with our wedding in these unprecedented times. Every time Bineesh has listened patiently and helped us manage the situation, sometimes stepping in to deal with vendor issues entirely on her own which is above and beyond her role! What I love most about Bineesh is that she is honest, transparent and completely real which is so important in these unpredictable times. It is very clear that she genuinely cares for her clients and wants to ensure they have a beautiful wedding! It has been an absolute pleasure working her thus far and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator/planner!!

Bineesh and team were a part of our planning efforts for our wedding in May, 2018. The fact that I am writing this review more than 2 years later should be a testament to the impact the Relax Planning team had on our day.
My first interaction with Bineesh was when she was helping with my sister’s wedding in 2014. I was a pretty absent brother through the planning process. Despite that, when she ran into an issue with one of the vendors on the wedding day, she reached out to me to help solve the minor financial issue at the time. She didn’t want to disrupt the bride, groom or any of our parents at the time and made a judgement call to come to me even though I wasn’t a part of the planning process at all. The situation was handled and I’m not sure anyone even knows this happened to this day. Her discerning actions and decision making impressed me then and so when it was time to get help for my wedding, she was the first person we contacted.
Fast forward 4 years to my wedding day – My beautiful bride had a very detailed plan (to the minute) as to what she thought was going to happen… And I had a few surprises up my sleeve that I needed inserted into the plan without her knowledge. Bineesh rolled with the punches and took care of it all – rather seamlessly. The reality is things never go as per plan, but the question one needs to ask is did anyone really know? In some cases, even our MC didn’t – Bineesh just updated him with what he had to do next and on with the evening. Yes, she most definitely helped with vendor planning and made sure they were organized and yes, she followed up with all of them frequently to make sure they were all on schedule. Those aspects are what I consider fundamental to a planning service and the Relax team executes these “table stakes” very well. What sets them apart is when things go sideways… Bineesh’s ability to assess the situation, make a judicious decision so that the day progresses seamlessly is what you really want in a planner! That is what you get with this team. They were a critical piece that formed one of the best days of my life.

Bineesh is such an excellent partner to work with. She always keeps her clients needs at the forefront whether that is in the planning process or on the day of the event. We highly recommend her for any of your event planning needs.

Bineesh was amazing and a huge help for our wedding! She met with us before hand and went through what we wanted for each event, logistics of things to considerate , and was instrumental at organizing vendors and making sure we were all on the same page. She was very approachable and could be contacted very easily when needed. On the day of the events, she was key in getting things organized and running on time.

She made sure my family and the grooms family were looked after, which was really important to us.
