I recently took a tour of the Reliable Corporation offices and warehouse. The owner, Robert Kahn warmly welcomed me as I walked into their open space where many were at work...but took a moment to look up to say hello to the stranger walking by! Everything in its place and organized, the shop was in full swing. As someone who works in a place with a textile studio it was like being in a treasure house of tools! There was new technology designed by Reliable to make the machinery - well, reliable. Whatever you need, new equipment or something repaired they are prepared to take care of it. I have been using the Maven 120IS iron for a few years and I love this powerful iron. It makes ironing a breeze for me. I use distilled water so that there's no sediment buildup and this makes a huge difference. It's such a solid appliance: the iron and the ironing board, and I have had no problems with either. The ironed garment always looks terrific. I highly recommend this product!
