Jamal was delightful, friendly and professional. He made the effort to come out late Friday evening and was tremendously insightful. He made it a meaningful visit by both fixing the issue and in a non preachy way endowing his wisdom upon us to be self sufficient in the future. This experience sets the bar for standard of excellence in an at home service visit.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! Our A/C unit needed repair and we spent all of last week trying to get someone in to fix it. So many companies refused to come in for a small job and the one guy who did book with us, did a no show, this after we sweltered for a week waiting for the appointment. We called Reliance and the technician, Mike, was here within hours, did the job at a reasonable price and was really amazing. Thank you so much for helping us out so we can enjoy the rest of the "stay-at-home covid" summer in comfort. Will always recommend this company.
