Rent-a-Son

Due to some renovations in my new building, I was forced to move in at 11 pm. I called Rent-a-son for a quote and decided to go with them. On the night of the move, I was a bit nervous (previous move experiences had not been pleasant), but I had no reason to be. Fabio and Rob arrived ahead of time and helped us move with no hassle. They were polite, friendly, and most importantly, efficient! What should have taken us 5 hours only took 3 because of these two men. The pricing and billing was transparent too. I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. I highly recommend this company!

This was the first time using a moving company and I can say that my experience matches the reviews that caused me to pick them. From the very beginning, Ron had set me up with a thorough explanation of the process and was never pushy. The 2 gentlemen who showed up (please forgive me as I lost the paper with their names on it) were on time, polite, courteous and efficient. I was given an estimate of 5 hours and they had it done in 3.25 hours. Now I really didn't shop around that much but some people had mentioned in their reviews their rates were a little higher but they didn't care -- and neither did I. I am happy to pay a little extra knowing I am getting an honest, quality product or service. Based on this experience, I have no problem recommending Rent-A-Son for your moving needs.

George and Arlie were my movers, and I cannot recommend them enough. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and worked very well together as a team. My move ended up costing less than the quoted estimate, which was a bonus. Book this company with confidence!

Excellent service; we couldn't be more satisfied. Our movers were neat, well organized, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. They did an excellent job of dissembling our furniture with great care and attention to detail and neatly loaded several pieces of large and heavy furniture into our storage pod. The movers definitely made good use of their time so as not to go too far over the estimated time, yet did not rush when it came to taking things apart properly and determining the safest way to get it downstairs, out the front door, whatever the case may be. It was very easy to book the service as well. We were asked very thorough questions about our moving needs and received a clear and accurate quote. I would definitely recommend Rent-A-Son to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again!

They were good from start to finish. I moved a 3 bedroom home with a garage. The three men who moved us were pros. They worked hard all day and broke nothing and didn’t scratch the walls etc. When we finished 2:45 min early, due to good packing on our part, we received a credit that reduced our cost from the original estimate of 9 h (major savings). George, the move day leader was particularly awesome. Rob was responsive on the phone. They guys wrapped all the furniture and packed the truck effectively. The truck was really large too. It’s bigger than the one you can rent at Uhaul. If I moved it myself with friends, I wouldn’t have cared for the furniture as well as them. They had insurance for my items too. All said, I am willing to vouch for them. If you do your packing properly on your end, your move will go fast. This was the easiest move I’ve had and I credit it to these guys. They’re worth your money and I will use them again. I know this sounds like a gushy review but it’s real. I don’t give five stars unless it was truly good.
