This was our second time we used Rickshaw travels. Naaznin who is a representative for the company in Toronto is a true professional. She was always quick to clarify any inquiries regarding the details of our trip, all transfers, flights and accommodations. Every small aspect of our trip was discussed including excess luggage costs etc. She organized a great travel programme and everything went to plan. I wouldn't hesitate a second in recommending Rickshaw travel. They are very professional and experienced. Their service is excellent and the staff is very helpful. And above all they provided us with an excellent driver for our African Safari. Our driver Joseph truly made our trip memorable. He captures extremely well the expectations of the client and delivers as best as possible. We also appreciate his flexibility in finetuning the programme according to our wishes. He was always pleasant in interaction, even at the end of busy game drive days. One thing we must say that he was very respectful and he treated us like his family.
