My son attended after school and summer soccer training with RioFC . He gained new skills and more importantly self confidence threw the program. He met new friends that helped break him out of his shy shell. Rio took his time teaching the children exercises and stretching along with soccer drills. He encouraged them to eat healthy and drink lots of water to help with proformance. I highly recommend RioFC to children who are wanting to learn how to play soccer and gain self confidence.

I volunteered as an assistant coach here and it was an amazing experience. It was great teaching the kids and it was one of the most fun experiences I ever had. Coach Rio teaches well and he makes sure the kids have fun while improving their abilities. Even before I volunteered, I was one of the athletes he trained. The training was difficult at times but the drills were really fun and helped me become more fit and better at soccer.

Rio is a great coach and trainer. He is patient with all athletes at all levels. From the beginning, he takes time to assess your athlete, he then provide feedback and training plan. He always challenged our boys to keep going. We look forward to training with Rio every summer. Rio and his team at RioFc provide top of the line and quality soccer skills and fitness training. I was referred to Rio through a friend as her children were enrolled in Rios one-on-one training program. The first session my children had with him, they couldn’t wait to go back. He is so knowledgeable within this field and working with children. Rio and his team are extremely encouraging and really assist in preparing you’re children with the skills needed to excel and really learn the sport. I have also noticed my children became more confident and are able to enjoy the sport, learn some new skills while working one and one and also with other children! This training academy has what is needed to develop basic soccer skills into more advanced technical abilities. The tactics Rio brings to the training sessions are great in building the foundation to progressing forward. Furthermore, the equipment used such as parachutes for running really helps the speed of athletes trying to improve.
