(January 27, 2019, 11:24 pm)With the amount of parents here waiting for their kids to complete whatever program they are in..aside from hockey...the unionized staff find it to be too much work to provide extra chairs to sit and wait comfortably. With a storeroom full of chairs..I asked a unionized employee if he can provide some extra chairs for us parents. His reply was that he was not allowed. Then we wonder why services in toronto are so very lacking. Pathetic.
