I previously worked for security companies in GTA area and I must say, Russell Security is definitely nothing I have experienced before. It's well organized, management is always very helpful and responsive, the pay is well above the average and they have most of the high-end sites in Toronto. I honestly wish I joined Russell earlier. Every staff member is very cooperative and respectful. Mahmood & Frank are very nice person, they listen you and give you shift according to your flexibility & availability. I highly recommended this prestigious company.

I just recently got hired for the company, the training was excellent, Staff, instructors and the management are friendly and supportive. I met so many guards that they work for RSSI that they have a great experience in security and customer service.
