(June 30, 2020, 11:36 pm)Mr. Joe Regional manager, called back today and apologized for the inconvenience and said will transfer me the type Unit I have been promised, it was a miss understanding. suppose to be easy fix .
It is reasonable and counts as a good customer service and I will go back to the storage on July 2, 2020 and get transferred to the right unit and post further experience.

the staff are amazing, I am so grateful for Mellisa, and Be, they are so welcoming , friendly and knowledgeable and so sweet and kind. Thank you both for all your help and patience waiting for us as we were running late. God Bless you both!!!!
