I'm not too sure about the tone of their notice regarding what is and what is not acceptable, i.e., apparently there is a no complaints policy if your car does not get clean or if the car wash damages your vehicle. I never had to complain, they do keep their equipment clean in general and the results are good.

(March 6, 2019, 5:50 pm)Great place to wash your car! It's cheap and really efficient. It's a great service for great value, if you buy 4 car wahses, they each come out to $5. My car always comes out really clean with every visit.
I already recommend it to my dad and he is loving it to!
