I had a great experience a couple days ago. I was engaged by the gentleman and he spent almost 30 minutes trying to figure out exact what i’m looking for and finding the perfect shape to my face. He had asked me many questions to further understand the image i had in my head, and we finally decided on a pair that’s exactly what i was looking for. I then was cashed out by another gentleman which was as very very pleasant. It was overall a very welcoming experience, totally recommend and Thank you!

I had an awesome experience at CF Fairview Mall. Thanks to the exceptional customer service of the Store Manager Ani. She engaged with me & started a conversation to help me find the right pair of Oakley I was looking for. Ani has a very pleasant personality and she went above & beyond to ensure I left the store with satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back to this location in future because of Ani’s Service. It’s very rare in retail these days that you find so much passionate & engaged person like Ani.

Today I not only walked out of the store with a pair of sunglasses, but I also learned how to be loyal and understanding in life. When I observed Ani's behavior towards me & her nature of listening to others carefully and understanding their needs.

Today I learned those qualities which my Dad was trying to teach me all these years, anyway I learned it today from my own LIFE experience. He will be proud of me. "it's never too late".
