Morgan and his team are amazing people to work with. They are all truly professional, timely and love what they do. My basement was fully unfinished and was completed within 3-4 months, with Morgan’s presence as project coordinator we didn’t have to worry at all as everything was taken care off by him. Morgan was very responsive to any request and I would highly recommended their company to others looking for any renovations at their home.

Morgan and his team from Sunny House Construction built a bathroom in our basement. We were happy with the outcome. They started when they said they would, kept us informed of the status along the way and finished when they promised if not earlier. They were very friendly, worked hard everyday and there were no gaps/days off taken to finish some other project.
Morgan came with some good ideas and was able to adapt to our last-minute spec. changes without any problem. I’d definitely hire them again.

Our family had a great experience with Morgan from Sunny House when he came to install mirrors on my closet doors: He was professional, very friendly and helpful. Morgan went out of his way also to help us put nails in the wall and hang up our heavy decorations - at no extra charge!
