(December 19, 2018, 6:01 pm)Bought a ATE 806 about 5 weeks ago and gave it a favourable review. Bike is still good but I couldn't figure out why I was only getting 16-18 km per charge. I know the cold will reduce range on Lead Acid batteries but I thought it should do better. I removed the seat to inspect the batteries and found the date stamp June 2015. I was promised fresh ones as part of the deal so I'm a little disappointed. I have since replaced them and the range is much improved.
(November 19, 2018, 3:05 pm)Bought my 2nd E Scooter ATE 806 last week and was impressed with the price and great service. They installed brand new batteries and did a bang up job with the PDI. They also helped me load it into my van. The bike feels solid and well made. No squeaks or rattles and it rides well. High recommended.
(November 13, 2018, 9:39 pm)bought the stand up scooter off best buy and it performed well. It never did what I expected of it but it was ok, BUT, then it died...sounds like a bad review. So why 5 stars?? Because I called and spoke with Daniel, he told me the experience I had was abnormal and that, even before the battery died, it should have been performing better. Within minutes, he is arranging to send me a replacement and take the old one to find out what happened. I think customer service like this deserves 5 stars. You can't control technology, but you can control your service. Thank you.
