I came across Tempasure through HomeStars, when our AC suddenly failed. Tempasure is rated 99%, and I can see why. During a summer heatwave, Len came the same day I called, and diagnosed that we were out of freon. What’s more, he let us know that our AC and furnace were too small for our house. A week later, Adam installed a new AC and furnace in about half a day. Install couldn’t have gone any smoother. Adam even brought his own red carpet to keep the floors clean. Len said we would notice a big difference, and he was right. After a dozen years of an upstairs that never cooled down sufficiently in summer (and an AC that ran constantly), I find myself writing this review with a sweater on. So nice to have an even 22 C across the whole house. Tempasure was also competitively priced, based on another quote we obtained. Thank you Len and Adam.
I originally found Len to fix a few fireplaces and he exceeded my expectations - he did everything the right way so we wouldn't have future problems and even generously had his guys come back when we embarrassingly just had a battery replacement issue. When my mother's furnace went out in -20 weather while he was on vacation, I contacted him for advice and was pleased to find his quote was the best and, knowing her health condition, he could prioritize her so she would have a new boiler in a few days. He also offered to have heaters brought over on a holiday weekend. Adam, his installer, was so kind and courteous. They've earned my trust and we'll be having them back to do the A/C unit in the summer.
When your furnace suddenly gives up, not only your body, but your mind gets freeze up as well. You need to act fast, but you don’t know how… facing such a big expenditure, you need a trustworthy advisor. In our case we were lucky to call Len. He walked in, made the assessment of the problem and gave us a quote. The very next morning his mechanic Adam was in the house and by the end of the day we had a new furnace (and air conditioning) warming us up.

Courteous, professional, efficient and punctual. Len was very responsive and went out of his way to source a part for a brand they don't carry and his team provided and exceptional service. I could not be happier with this first experience with Tempasure and would definitely recommand them.
These guys are absolutely fantastic. We lost our heating over Christmas and Adam came out on Boxing day to take a look at the furnace. The service was second to none. He was there exactly when he said he would be, explained exactly what was wrong and how the pricing works. I would highly recommend this company, they are doing everything right and deserve all the success that comes their way.
