I’ve come to this location twice and both times were amazing experiences. The first time I didn’t get to test drive since they were busy but we booked the appointment for a later date. We took the time to discuss models, what fit my budget, different accessories, features, colours, was just a nice conversation. They didn’t demand a deposit, didn’t push anything. Was just giving me in the information and letting me choose for myself.
When I came back for the test drive, I met Arman and he’s amazing at his job. He told me that they aren’t on commission so they will never try to force a product on to you and my experience reflected that. We just had a great drive in the model 3. He showed me all the features, gave me lots of information. Didn’t even feel like a business transaction. More like a drive with a friend kind of atmosphere. He’s a very nice guy. After the drive, we discussed prices again and I decided on what I wanted. He even tried to help me save money by giving me different tips and where to buy certain things so I could reduce my costs. Very much appreciated. He told me I didn’t have to put the deposit that day or any time soon. Just come in whenever you felt you were ready to make the decision. Whether it be tomorrow or months from now.
Buying a car at Tesla is completely different from any other place because they are truly not a dealership. Wonderful experience.
I loved the car, but it’s pricey and don’t have 7 seats car that suits us. Model 3 is reasonable price. So hopefully, they make model y soon and the price will be less than model 3
Great staff and so far I’ve yet to be disappointed by the staff or their service. We’re on our 3rd Tesla in the family and they’re all from here. Our final order (#3) is waiting to be fulfilled and to no fault of the staff at this store it’s already a month delayed. I’m not going to deduct points on this as I know it’s head-office prioritizing folks in Montreal (even if their orders came in later). Thanks a lot Mr. Ford....
Friendly staff that takes the time to explain the issued with your car in order to educate their customers. Before I bought my car and I was worried about servicing the vehicle. Their service delivery is far better than any other car dealer I have been to. I don't have to call in, I just book the service using my phone app.
