Roy & Anu thank you for all your help. Costumer service is almost anywhere but excellent customer service is very hard to find. They listened to our issue and found the best solution for us in minutes. no hassles. Anu was so understanding and helpful with what couch we needed and he helped us customize our own! Appreciate everything. will definitely be back at this location.

I went in to the brick today searching for a new T.V, king bed, and box spring. I was approached by Meena while browsing. Meena was very polite and welcoming as she introduced herself! I told her what I was looking for and she took care of everything for me. Meena, you are amazing at what you do! Great customer service!! Keep up the amazing work!!!

The sales representative wasn't the most helpful. Ended up buying a media stand that I loved. The assembly proved a bit more challenging as none of the hardware pieces were labeled, and it had a few pieces that were the same but different sizes. My 3 star rating comes from my experience with the assembly with the final piece to find it was damaged. I've emailed costumer service immediately about the damage, but have not heard anything back since their initial email.
