The Medical Clinic for Person-Centred Psychotherapy

I have been going to this clinic when they were on Yorkland, seeing Dr.Bastard. He was a very kind and nice doctor….he helped me, to understand many things about myself. Helped me, to put things in perspective. He’s was very funny, too. Then when they moved I saw Anita. Very nice young lady, and a very good listener. Then Doctor Karen Smith. Thank God she’s a christian. She really helped me, with (who, how, what, when ext). She’s very brilliant. She is a very understanding therapist. I’m going to miss her a lot!

Dr. L. Wright is really good for me. You just have to find the doctor for you. I had other doctors who are good but we weren't the 'right' match.

I have only attended the clinic a few times but every time has been an excellent experience. Everybody I have seen has been very pleasant, understanding and will take the time to hear you out. Some of the negative patterns and behaviours in my thinking were pointed out, and now that I am conscious of it, I feel like everyday I am moving in the right direction. I don't think I could have done it without the support from the amazing people at this clinic!

Hard to give a rating for the clinic as a whole as I only know what it's like to deal with the secretaries and my doctor. My experience with the DR I'm seeing there has been great! He was hugely helpful in many areas of my life. I'm blessed to have had the opportunity.

I was on a wait list for nearly 2 years and yes I had to keep following up or they never would've contacted me.

I see one person above was complaining about this, but I don't think that's fair you have to learn to advocate for yourself and check in on these things. who knows what happens and etc with your records.
anyway, that's my experience and I still see the DR every few months to check in and etc.
