(November 5, 2019, 3:03 pm)I have read most of the comments on here and to be honest Chalkfarm has come a long way to be where it is now, management is what is it and can do so much. The rental office need to screen people more before renting. Some, not all tenants are very NASTY, garbage is to be put down the shout not on the floor. If the NASTY tenants keep there apt and common area clean then they shouldn't be having any problem with bedbug, rat or cockroach..Cleanliness is next to Godliness and it start with all NASTY tenants and there children. Stop complaining.
(January 6, 2019, 3:32 pm)Family run business and you can tell because they always do their best to take care of everything. They've made a lot of buildings and neighbourhoods nicer, better and safer.
