I've been a client of the Shepherd Group for a few years now. My experience until a couple of years back had been touch and go to be honest. However, one day I contacted the Shepherd Group and was put in contact with William C. and I am so grateful for it. Since than I have always contacted William with all of my insurance questions/concerns. He has consistently been extremely helpful, polite and prompt. I believe the Shepherd Group is very lucky to have William on their team! William is the reason why I have stayed a client! I highly recommend William C. for all of your insurance needs! I give William C. 5 stars but the overall group 3 stars.

Cristina Goncalves is amazing! She understands the process and is incredible at walking you through it as a first time home buyer. I've been dealing with William a few times now and he's been very quick to response, very friendly and very professional. The team at the Shepherd Group is very good in customer service. A few weeks ago, I got a call back from Sylvia to check with my car insurance renewal and see if they can help me with something else. I appreciate her call back.
