(August 30, 2018, 3:55 pm)I've lived at the Galliera for more than 10 years and the current Resident Services Manager (Karla) is the best that I've ever had to deal with. She's always very professional, approachable, and quick to respond to queries and issues -- it's always a pleasure dealing with her and I feel this reflects on Quadreal as a property owner. I've had good experiences here, and I don't plan to move anytime soon because I'm quite happy with the way things are being managed, and how issues are being quickly addressed and resolved.

Good facilities, online portal for raising maintenance requests.
