(January 26, 2021, 1:44 am)Derek installed my furnace 5 years ago and I was very impressed with his work. He takes care to get the job done right and doesn't cut corners. Best of all, he is honest and friendly. You'd expect someone to charge a bit more for this type of service, but his pricing is lower than any of the large companies.
Yesterday I contacted him as my furnace was not working. I have a wood stove to get me by and it being Sunday told him it wasn't urgent. he offered to come for the repair next day between 830-9 am. He was in my yard at 8:30 on the dot. He figured out the issue with my furnace, serviced it, and was on his way. I'm now sitting in my warm home this evening. I'd recommend (and have recommended) Thermal Zone to anyone with heating or cooling needs.
