I went here around 7am today and I can't help but notice the lack of energy and joy from the staff. No greeting or anything. The lady that helped me with my pick up wasn't paying attention to what I was repeatedly saying. She was focused on her question. I was the only one there. How much more when it's busy.

Nice outdoor space, specially in this Covid time, highly appreciated, Indoor space is spacious too, but for the second time in a row, the bagel was not fresh

No difference in food/beverage offering here than any other Tim's, but food and drinks (together) are brought to your table, which is a really nice touch
