Toronto Don Valley Hotel & Suites

Have been at this hotel many times, always a great experience.
The most recent stay began with an issue with our room. Spoke to front desk a few times, got nowhere. Went to front desk and spoke to manager, resolved within seconds.
Pools are excellent temp, I believe outdoor is salt and it's beautiful. Indoor is enclosed under a glass roof and so magical for the kids, especially at night. Neither pool is ever very busy. I bring my kids to this hotel to literally just swim, eat and sleep. Great price. Quiet, clean and friendly. I've met many who are "regulars". Bar and restaurant are top notch as well!!

I stayed here. I had a great experience in this hotel. They had excellent service at check-in accommodating and friendly staff. The room was an elegant and clean and very comfortable bed. I love their rooms and breakfast. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely, recommend to everyone.

Clean sheets, bathroom and most furniture.

The lobby and main floor are new and modern, very appealing.

However my room's decoration, walls paint, bathroom silicone and global room setup was old and deprecated.
