I was shopping at this location on Tuesday afternoon looking for gift ideas for my 13 year old nephew. I have shopped at this location on multiple occasions for the past few years as the location I use to venture too closed. I was in the gaming section of the store and when a very polite associate named Ryan came over and offered to help me with any gift ideas. He was very knowledgable about video games and answered all my questions as I know nothing about video games. He went out of his way to help me. After I was done with video games he asked if their was anything else I needed help with I said no. But if I need further assistance he mentioned his name and who else was on the floor if I need further attention. This is an amazing location and I recommend to anyone to shop this location. If you do get help from Ryan just know your in great hands as he knows his stuff.

The staff here are very friendly, and helpful. When I was pregnant last year, I found a stroller on their app which was on clearance. Two staff members searched through their store inventory, found us the last one in Markville, called their manager and requested they hold it for us.
During Christmas time, with a newborn and my 6 year old, I had a sales associate offer to help me get items off my list as they were busy and I was becoming flustered.

Everyone at this location deserves raises!

I visited this site last week with my kids and saw Mr Ryan over there in the games section. He was so sincere, kind,cooperative and helpful. I found him so passionate in helping people.

I called in store for a sandbox. Diana served me in this call. Next day I picked up the sandbox. I feel so thankful from the customer service in this place and my experience!! I live close to this store and every time I shop I feel like this place deserves to spend my money.
