(June 29, 2019, 3:18 am)Lawrence, Maria and Karyn are awesome instructors. They are all extremely thorough, patient, kind, but firm and consistent. We train to make contact and be realistic. Would recommend for teens aswell since they have an excellent class for youths.

The classes are well structured with a weekly email outlining that weeks topics.
I've seen huge personal improvements in the five months I've been training with Lawrence and Maria.

Lawrence and Maria put in alot of efforts in their training methods. These 2 instructors are the most patient teachers I have ever seen. Highly recommend this martial arts school.
