Victoria helped us buy our current property in Newmarket and sold our old house in Maple in 2017.

This was not an easy transaction. We bought and sold at the very top of the market.

Victoria initially impressed me with her negotiation skills getting us the best deal for our house. When we were preparing our house for sale, Victoria had given us great advice how to fix up the house, declutter in a timely fashion. As a result we had a multiple offer situation. As the time was getting close to the closing day, the market turned and our buyers tried to back out. The lawyer we had was not able to manage the situation, she wasn’t responsive, wasn’t asking the buyer for updates or lawyer information. She refused to send a warning letter to the buyer. Victoria stepped up her game and saw the deal through. She arranged a free consultation with top litigation lawyer in Toronto, who reassured us that the law was on our side and we had to insist for the buyer to take the deal. This lawyer helped us structure a proper response to the buyers. Victoria was on top of the situation, constantly pestering the buyers’ real estate agent. She made sure our deal went through. Victoria knows when to be soft and when to be super aggressive and that saved our deal.
