Vietnam Travel Centre

Went to Global travel first for quotes. They were slow to respond and didn’t have my best interests in mind. I contacted Vietnam Travel Centre, spoke to Casey, on the phone she looked at flights for me and saw how expensive the results were, offered to call me back later. She called me back later and offered a quote that was Much more aligned with my schedule and budget. I was able to book everything and get visa done right then. The process was fast and easy. I will def come back again for future Vietnam travels!

Travel agents were friendly, speaks both fluent English and Vietnamese. I was recommended here by a family member to get my travel visa done. The pricing was different for all 4 members without clear explanation. Was told the process would take 3-5 business days but instead it was 7 days.

Travel agency located near Weston road and Sheppard. Location is good and there is moderate parking.

There’s a flight of stairs that takes you on the upper level and the whole place is very comfortable. The staff are very welcoming, they speak Vietnamese but there were a few that spoke both English and Vietnamese.

Very homey feel, clean and professional. There’s a potted plant that has fish too !
