After an initial introduction call, we were all set to start looking at places the next day. I was very please with her timing on communication and it made me felt at ease that I was able to contact her any time. You will definitely get a personal level of service with Viviane. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and I didn't felt rush or pressured.
The result was, I ended up getting a great place under asking price. I almost backed out of the purchase due to issue with kitec plumbing, but with Viviane help, those issues were resolved and that set my mind at ease before I moved forward with the purchase.
I still keep in touch with Viviane, which goes to show you that Viviane value building good and long lasting relationships with her clients.
I will definitely use her again to sell or buy in the future!
