York Cemetery and Funeral Centre

A perfect place to blend in with the nature. You can take a walk, jog, cycle, sit or do light exercise here. This place gives such spiritual vibes I am in awe of it. I try to visit here as many times as possible. Although I don't know anyone who rest in peace at this cemetery but to walk through their grave make me silently pray for them and their family.

My mom is buried here in 2017. They maintain very well but the only thing is that We put flowers and is missing. Last year I bought flowers for my mom's anniversary and a week after one of the plant was disappeared. for her birthday I got beautiful flower someone stole it. this is very sad to see someone steal from the grave. I don't think whoever took it they can call themselves human .I complained to the office and they told me sadly they know but they cannot do anything.

I always walk in this cemetery near my home. So peaceful and beautiful.

Beautiful place. I enjoyed almost daily walks in this peaceful “garden”. Once I was caught up in rain and the grounds keepers spotted me and offered the ride to the main building. Thank you so much.
