He did not pressure me to make any decisions and he also encouraged me to take the vehicle to a third party mechanic for an inspection. I could not be happier with my new PriusC, I absolutely love it and thought the price was very fair too. If you want a fair, honest, and sincere car salesman - try Rafael.
