Elena is a fantastic party planner! She helped me plan a wedding in one month during the height of the lockdowns in Ontario. She made my dreams into a reality and I can honestly say without her I don’t think any of it would have been possible. She was extremely professional and showed up to every meeting on time and prepared with questions for our vendors. She answered every call and text at all hours of the day. If you want a beautiful stress-free party I highly recommend Elena for all of your party planning needs.

Leading to the wedding Elena shared many great contacts with us and connected us with the best vendors. She also provided very valuable recommendations and insights on the flow of the day, ceremony and reception, which was very important to us given we were trying to combine traditions from both Canadian and Russian cultures and had to plan everything during the pandemic!

We also could not be happier to have her by our side during our wedding day! She professionally handled very detailed coordination of the day, did an incredible amount of work behind the scenes ensuring that our wedding day went smooth and we could truly enjoy the celebration with our family and friends.

I met Elena of Your Effortless Event over the phone, a few months after my engagement. My fiancé and I did lots of leg work and most of our vendors had been found by the time I came across Elena. We needed day-of/month-of-coordination. We live in Western Canada but will be getting married in Toronto in 2021. From our first call Elena and I clicked. She was so easy to talk to, very detailed about her service offerings and understood that as a new bride to be, I was nervous about how my wedding day would actually unfold. She calmed my nerves about all my "big fears" (speeches running too long, vendor no shows, etc.). After that, she diligently and professionally followed up by email with her contract and answered all of our additional questions.

We eventually chose to go in a different direction for our wedding; however, we cannot recommend Elena enough. She is a consummate professional who will care about your wedding day like it's her own. Even with just one phone call and a few emails, we had an amazing client experience.

Elena was an absolute god-send! Our original month-of / day-of coordinator cancelled on us a week before our wedding. Elena agreed to step in at the last minute, and was up to speed on everything so quickly! She’s such a pro & super organized. She ensured that our special day went off without a hitch - handling all the vendors, and helping the guests with complete ease. Having Elena there provided complete piece of mind that everything was covered - I wish we’d booked her from the beginning!

Elena was absolutely amazing. We booked her as our month of coordinator and it was the best decision we could have made.
