Zumba with Yulia doesn’t feel like a workout because it is so much fun! Don’t get me wrong, the one-hour class alternates between high and low intensity tracks, so you will definitely break a sweat half way through the class. I’ve attended other Zumba classes before at Goodlife, the Y and local community centres and I can honestly say Yulia is the best instructor I’ve ever had hands down! The class is the highlight of my week and I absolutely love the atmosphere of the class – everyone is smiley, cheery and ready for a good workout!

I have been attending her classes for years now, and it never gets boring. The music, the dancemoves are all fun, doesn't feel like we are working out, but still her classes are keeping me in shape like no other class did before.

Yulia is BEYOND AMAZING - her classes are so much fun, innovative and energetic. The music is so lively upbeat, topical, as well as some throw back tunes. I have been taking lessons from her for several years and she is the best of the best. I always leave laughing, spirited and sweating. A work out that touches all the points of what exercise is supposed to do for you- in a most FUN and happy way! :)

Zumba with Yulia is definitely the best part of my week! Her passion and enthusiasm towards dancing makes you strive to do your best. She is always there to help you if you are struggling with a certain move and won't continue unless you feel comfortable with it. She makes you feel confident, strong, and beautiful! What more could you ask for in a Zumba instructor? :)
